Terms of Service

By engaging PixelMedia.space services or utilizing our automated invoicing mechanisms, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Work & Milestone Deliveries

Software and AI development deliverables are executed according to predefined Statement of Work (SOW) milestone schedules agreed upon prior to project kickoff.

2. Invoicing & Gateway Processing

Invoices issued via our checkout portal (/pay) are handled securely through Lemon Squeezy and PayPal. Digital receipts are generated immediately upon clearing.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon final milestone balance clearance, custom proprietary source code developed specifically for the client transfers in full according to individual enterprise licensing agreements.
